Pros

Highest paid warehouse job in my area offering overtime that gives you Time and a half pay and double time pay. Subsidised canteen A lot of overtime available Options to switch to different roles

Cons

Long hours short breaks Some overtime is mandatory Constant performance monitoring that puts you at a disadvantage for basic bodily functions like needing the bathroom. As its a warehouse the bathroom could be the otherside of the building and you could end up getting a paycut due to the inevitable long trip that its gonna take.
