Pros

Great work environment, the teams are fantastic and everyone is very relaxed.

Cons

The work is hard physical labor, and everyone works 10 hour days and three months of 55 hour weeks (5 11 hour days) for the holidays.

If you dont like walking around, lifting heavy packages up to 75lbs, and other qualifications listed on there job applications then being an amazon fulfillment associate is not for you.
