Pros

Money is great. People I work with are awesome.

Cons

GM specifically told me I'm replaceable after I told him I feel valuable and after being a PG for a year I felt like they should be paid more since we do significantly more work than associates. Managers can be dicks at times.

30 Hours base of unpaid time off which is able to be used at personal discretion as well as holiday pay

Cons

Unable to take vacations or any leaves for personal reasons such as leaving town for vacation, must resign and reapply
