Pros

They pay you and give you lunch and 15 minute breaks.

Cons

Basically work you like a Chinese company would work it’s workers. If amazon could do something like Foxconn without drawing too much attention they would. In fact they already sort of have and do, with how they contract out work. They fired me right before I was supposed to get my stock option bonus. Changed policies about a hear prior to that, making the job true hell. Always feeling like you might get written up. Because they cut the margin for error by 400% on the customers end on their surveys. So instead of your calls that customers might rate badly being averaged against all your calls, they only averaged the calls that received a survey response. And of course people that have a complaint are going to respond a lot. Even if they were trying to scam the company.. So anyways, the other thing about amazon is that they fight unemployment, hard. They’re really good at it too, and states tend to side with them because they see amazon as a major employer.
