Pros

Started out as a fun, hip, up and coming environment. Interacting with customers (if you're in the customer experience department) can be great. Select management are wonderful people, but this is very select.

Cons

Punished for being human with real life issues. If you're sick and do not get a doctors note (why go to the Drs for a cold) you receive a point. After 6 points (which add up quickly because they are given out like candy) you are fired. You are warned with each point but it is not a comforting feeling to have said points. Favoritism is rampant in this company. Upper management is a joke. Getting screamed at by management is common as well as intimidation. Main pharmacy is located in snowy nh. When struck with blizzards, employees were told that there was no choice and that they were "essential" personnel. Employees with children were told to bring them in and to have a "sleepover" rather than call out. During states of emergency employees were threatened if they did not come in. Overall not a healthy environment
