Pros

Either you're looking for a starting point in your career, or you're a vet looking to learn and grow more, Amazon's leadership principles alone are enough to get you going.

Cons

Pay is on the thin side, quite demanding hours.

Pros

Pay was good. Was able to work remotely and had short intervals for shifts.

Cons

Was able to make my own schedule but it was very difficult because you had to fight others for time slots. Time off wasn't granted hardly ever. Metrics are unattainable The management didn't care about customer experience at all, they just cared about numbers.
