Pros

Gained new skills in communication and Customer service

Cons

-Salary are low, given the amount of work you put in, it's really low pay. -Long hours - No other breaks (bathroom, breather, overwhelmed, water, etc.). Only lunch and two 15-minute breaks. -No room for growth, no raises, no incentives whatsoever even if you're overachieving target. - Unclear and often poor communication from management and team restructuring happens too often. -No motivation, not the best company when it comes to work life balance and empathy for employees. -Forced overtime and time off, Non stop calls with only a minutes in between with unrealistic metrics.
