Cons

Slow or no growth, extremely slow and uncertain promotions Incompetent leadership Incompetent team members they are all from tier-3 or 4 institutes with no ambition and little to no professional etiquettes. They spoil the team environment

Cons

Management is very hierarchical, egotistical, their way or highway approach. Career growth methods are uncontrollable. Moving goal post and advancing your career.
