You have to enjoy Amazon culture to deeply understand costumers. You need to be open mind and curious :)

Nothing, hot chicks , u get free time a lot, leave policy is good, good for fresher's only

Cons

Salary is less, management is worst, u can be fired anytime and nothing to learn except how to fool customers
