Great onboarding experience (best so far), good leveraging and teaching of LPs Great team and director level involvement Fun project Facetime with customers Apparently it is easy to move around (have not done so yet)

Sometimes daunting (always something going on) Pressure to productionize/templatize quickly

If you are looking to be challenged everyday (in a good way), come to Amazon. The bar to work at amazon is high, but achievements feel well deserved.

Cons

Massive company, it is hard at first to socially acclimate to the enormity of all that Amazon encompasses.
