Pros

Great learning opportunities, peculiar way of working that always puts the customer first and always room for improvement

Cons

Still a big company with a lot of teams. Although they pay a lot of emphasis to being a day 1 company, it's still much bigger than a start up. And you have to navigate that size of the organization.

Pros

There are several opportunities to grow vertically and laterally. More than enough resources are available to keep improving ones career. Innovation is encouraged and rapid.

Cons

Could be overwhelming in terms of learning and amount of information available A couple of tools are sometimes needed to do same things.
