Pros

salary and beenfits is good here

Cons

They dont give you enough trainings for your role and then they will complain if your metrics is not high enough. You are treated like numbers there. Not enough trainings and you're basically underpaid and overworked. You will be written up for basically any miniscule thing people do, that's why they have high turnover rate and people are resigning every other week. Basically you are treated as numbers there but if you did a great job there's no bonus or reward. Better to look for other in house company.
