Pros

Amazing benefits including fertility assistance and they really cared about their employees. Always options for OT or VTO and they gave out a lot of incentives and you got a 10% discount to use on Amazon.com for things ship and sold by Amazon. Paid maternity leave and lots of room for advancement

Cons

The good customers our weighted the bad. But toward the end they started to become short staffed and would sometimes throw us into other areas without much training and just a knowledge center. But other than that it wasn’t that bad for me. I hated the Alexa department though it was very hard to trouble shoot those devices but the fire sticks wasn’t to bad and retail wasn’t bad at all
