Pros

Strong culture (ask anyone about the Leadership Principals), attempting to stay nimble (it's always Day 1) and autonomy.

Cons

As it grows, there are so many teams doing similar things that it's hard to know what impact you're having. In the Solution Architecture org there are many teams attempting to move fast and doing similar things but held back by over-burdensome quality gates.

Pros

People are always helpful and friendly Everyone wants to see you succeed Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning Excellent promotion process Global Organization - get to work with people from a diverse background Inclusive culture that caters to everyone

Cons

Very large and getting to know most people takes time Can be a little overwhelming when starting - but their Embark onboarding program is one of the best I have ever experienced
