Pros

Very good. Nothing like the scare stories in the media. Free coffee, subsidised meals, lots of holiday and good wages.

Cons

Maybe allow people to have more flexibility about where in the warehouse they work.

weekly pay, if you're into being degraded this is the place for you

inconsistent hr, managers who have no idea how to do their job and have no clue what you do but tell you how to do it
