Pros

Providing proper 20 hrs for part-timers High Salary for night shift 12.21 more compared to any other employee Transport provided by Amazon makes easy and cheap to reach the site

Cons

No matter how hard you work most the people do not get their contract extended , one out of 500 will get it extended due to which less scope to grow. Usually only hire for peak period.
