Pros

Everyday is like a day in business school. High standards and fast moving. Freedom to think, grow, and experiment Customer is priority, not on bottom line ($$$) Innovation and smart people are everywhere

Cons

Fast pace working environment can become stressful and tiring over long periods of time. Culture of document writing can be challenging and slow down progress if not a skilled writer. Top-grading can lead to unnecessary stress

Pros

Fast paced, data driven, and huge growth potential. Each day feels like winning or losing not just more of the same.

Cons

Any company that scales to this level will have guard rails in place that sometime stifle autonomy as a means of standardizing during rapid growth. But I’ve learned that if you know the details of your business and communicate well, you can often overcome the obstacle by proving ROI.
