Pros

Incredible scale, awesome individual contributors, an experience anyone in tech should have

Cons

The culture could use some improvements. The company is also experience an increasing difficulty in hiring tech talent due to its poor reputation. Most of all, there are too many rotten apples in the middle management layer.

High Paced environment with lots of tough problems to solve. It is really easy to move within the company if you want.

Pros

Some of the most challenging and rewarding work in the world. In many ways feels like a startup, just lots of them. Great package.

Cons

Amazon is relentlessly raising the bar, this is not a place to sit back.
