Pros

Highly motivated people, decent compensation

Cons

Abusive culture. Google it, and read the innumerable cons carefully: "Amazon is where overachievers go to feel bad about themselves."

Pros

Stock compensation, bonus, relocation was offered to another State. Those are the only good things I can think of at the moment

Cons

Management, leadership culture, leadership principles are not held through the entire leadership team. Dog eat dog environment. Needs a lot of work

Pros

- You really get to own what you do - Smart, engaged, co-workers - Focus on development and finding (or even creating) the right role for you - Amount of opportunities within the company - Flexible working

Cons

- sheer volume of work - intensity of the work- I think it depends on the team and I work in a very fast-paced team but there's never really a quiet day! (this is good and bad)
