Nothing to share as pros for this company. I wouldn't recommend to join this company if you are joining L4 and below

1. Zero Work Life Balance 2. No Recognition 3. Blaming Work Culture 4. Complete Top - Down Approach 5. No respect for L4 Managers; treated like slaves

Pros

Money and stock if you can last long enough. The associates and PA team work very hard but have no say in management decisions.

Cons

Turnover in leadership. New AMs and OMs just change things to get credit for doing something and everything has a metric to score you on. Even if it doesn't make sense.
