Pros

Their leadership mantra is strong and logical, consistent with my own. The founder's vision of re-investing in the enterprise is a good sign for the long term success.

Cons

The revolving door aspect of the hourly ranks is frustrating. Building knowledge is a struggle due to the transient nature of the hourly workforce.

Pros

Lots of learning, lots of exposure,

Cons

Unnecessary politics, prevailing culture of valuing top college passouts more even if their contribution is minimum. Normal college passouts are very badly recognized. Hectic work culture
