Pros

Good for beginners in this kind of industry. It has good benefits when it comes to HMOs. Flexible when it comes to arranging schedules for working students.

Cons

Over the years, especially when management has changed, there have been politics in the management regarding promotions and power tripping. So if you got assigned to a manager that got promoted just because of this reason, good luck to you and your team. You'll be handling multiple accounts and will be switched anytime when your primary workgroup has low volume. Work-life balance is slowly going down the drain.
