Pros

Independence, autonomy and freedom to make decisions. Pace of change is dizzying. Bar is constantly raised so there is no room to stand still. That means you have to invest in your skills just to keep up.

Cons

None more than any other company

Pros

Supports mobility between businesses if the employee is interested. Is very objective and data driven organization. There is a lot of ambiguity, but it helps build creativity and talent. The pay structure is rewarding as you grow in levels.

Cons

It will take some time for new joiners to adjust to the Amazonian culture as we are a bit peculiar. Once you learn our ways of working, you will start to enjoy your work life.
