Pros

Strong engineering culture with opportunities to work on large scale systems. Exposure to complex technical problems and modern tools. Smart and talented teammates who are willing to help and collaborate. Good compensation and benefits compared to many companies. Great place to grow technically if you are proactive.

Cons

Work-life balance can sometimes be challenging during high workload periods. Expectations and timelines can feel aggressive at times. Processes and documentation may vary across teams. Pressure to deliver results quickly can lead to stressful periods.

Pros

- Good pay - Lots of career opportunities if you seek it, also switching teams is extremely easy if you dont like your current - Lots of problems to solve - Overall its not a bad place to be, but do ask yourself what you are here for

Cons

- Typical big tech/large company painpoints - top down decision making, lots of processes to push through just to launch something simple - Promos are very difficult, sometimes its better to jump externally and come back - WLB/teammates/manager is a crapshoot
