Pros

- Good pay - Lots of career opportunities if you seek it, also switching teams is extremely easy if you dont like your current - Lots of problems to solve - Overall its not a bad place to be, but do ask yourself what you are here for

Cons

- Typical big tech/large company painpoints - top down decision making, lots of processes to push through just to launch something simple - Promos are very difficult, sometimes its better to jump externally and come back - WLB/teammates/manager is a crapshoot

Pros

- Descent compensation - Large scale projects

Cons

- Last months were unstable and messy. Massive layoffs, multiple restructurings in some orgs, absense of any clarity from leadership. - Leadership pushes very hard on using AI everywhere.

Pros

Higher pay than most, free bananas

Cons

Very team dependent, leadership constantly pushing for faster and faster delivery. Required to work after hours a lot to maintain delivery
