Pros

Compensation the longer you stay at a given position becomes extremely substantial, and depending on the project, you can find yourself working on very fulfilling projects.

Cons

Importance of quality and standards appears to be at a steady decline with the changing of the guard and new company culture, and it stretches employees thin based on the justification of it with high compensation.
