Working at amazon will elevate your thinking scope, maturity and overall standard. Learning curve is slow but qualitative.

Cons

Work hours are and wlb is poor though.

Pros

Opportunity to work on large scale projects with high visibility. Learning from very smart team members.

Cons

Steep learning curve on certain technologies. Requires constant effort to be learning the latest industry trends to be ahead. Competitive office environment if you look into it. Benefits aren't the best in the industry.

Pros

Learning curve involves being able to debug in a white box environment. So if someone wants to thereafter pursue development career then they can. Cool & exciting new features every day too!

Cons

Maybe in pandemic more but work life balance isn’t great- people expect u to be able to get on your laptop anytime
