Pros

I can't think of anything except we get breaks and ok benefits.

Cons

I don't know where to start. Low pay for the job. It's grueling work because the maintenance people don't maintain anything. The carts and machines are run down, which makes it impossible to do your job half the time without over exertion. They treat the employees like slave,s unless you're a female. A lot of management spend too much time catering to the female. Everybody is screwing everybody. And most employees are high off something most of the shift. I personally don't care, but it makes for slow paced work.

Pros

A lot of overtime to pick up and also pays school tuition 100 percent.

Cons

Just a number. Just basically a busy bee in a huge hive.
