Pros

majority of packages are small and light and you get to toss them into a huge box. it can be fun building wall after wall of medium size packages inside of a truck. lenient attendance policy.

Cons

some packages are large and heavy. you might hurt your back. repetitive motion injury is common. there is a high volume of packages coming down the conveyor belt. be careful not to get your hand or arm squished.
