Pros

It's always there. You can quit when you want (through the app) and apply again in 60 days! No one on one weird interviews. You apply online and day 1 go with a group and then start working. You learn more as you go. You want to call off , you go on your app. You want to do anything - it's on the app! They also help you with school but I'm unsure of that process.

Cons

"The Only Thing Consistent About Amazon Is That It's VERY Inconsistent" Everybody's is on a different page. You ask one leader something and 2 others the same exact question and you'll get all different answers! It's annoying but after working there a while you just expect it and realize you're on your own to figure it out. If you want to talk to HR... Good luck! They are the absolute worst thing about this company!!! You can only speak with them off the clock or on break, you only get 15 minutes for break and the line has so many people that you have to make that decision to wait and try to speak to HR and skip break after sweating your booty off non stop or say screw it. Working certain shifts they leave before you get off and sometimes you CAN'T be there early to wait in line!! If you do get a chance to speak to them .. good luck because most don't even help with your questions or they tell you to do something that you do then leadership says no, that's wrong. Lol. U have hard workers and you have people who hide in the bathroom but you all make the same amount of money. It can also be very much like being in highschool again with your little clique's of people that will treat others like crap but again, that's something you just have to get used to.
