Pros

Point system, - if you get sick or have an appointment you are allowed to skip a few days. Most of my managers have been nice to me.

Cons

It's a demanding job, they want you to move non-stop, people don't seem happy and there aren't many advancement opportunities. I mean, where could you possibly find a job with a warehouse experience, another warehouse? The pay is okay, but could have been higher considering the volume of the work. You get so tired sometimes that a 2nd job doesn't psychically make sense. Nothing attracts me in regards to benefits as well. It's not a career path.
