Dead end job

Pros

Will help pay for an associate degree after 1 year

Cons

They constantly change people schedules and they don’t care if it’s accommodating or not. If you work in a delivery station it’s a dead end job. You will never be full time which means no real benefits. The amount of work they want you to do in a small time frame is unrealistic. Management are terrible leaders and play favoritism. The amount of hours are horrible and they don’t let you exceed 30hrs if they put out VET (voluntary extra time).
