Pros

Flexible Schedule $15 an hour Clean and climate controlled environment Wear whatever you want Lots of access to water all over the building Work is simple and easy, nothing is really over 40 pounds.

Cons

Management does not prepare for the day properly, often roles aren't assigned and things get backed up. Human Resources messes up and takes forever to get things done pretty much all the time. They once lost my identification and I was suspended for the rest of the week and until I got them new identification. I watched as they scanned it in and said I was good to go, and the next day they said they have no identification. They care far more about speed than quality work or safety. (If you are scanning packages, they do not like it if you are slower but are fixing pallets and picking things off the ground to help everyone else.) There is no way to know when the shift will end consistently, even 15 minutes before it's over. I have been lied to and told I can leave at 8:00 and then told I have to stay another hour, and then another 30 minutes after that. Lately, they have been asking the hardest workers to do the work of 2-3 people at once, with no extra compensation, time, or benefit. You have no choice but to do what they say or risk termination. They do not care if you say you cannot handle the amount of work they are giving you.
