Pros

- ability to work from home full-time (Virtual Customer Support) - employer wants YOU to challenge yourself, kick off improvement projects and be part - great and helpful colleagues - tons of events/activities like beta testing which you can be part of - youre actively encouraged to look for career options within Amazon, no politics involved when wanting to change the job role

Cons

- total information overflow, especially when youre fresh - chaos due to headcount growing rapidly; this can be a good thing also, but you have to be a master at self-management even at an associate level
