Pros

Medical aid Provident any retirement Education development - after a year of working with Amazon, they fund your studies for a certificate or diploma. They pay 750 for wifi They supply the equipment & inverter for load shedding. There are paid leave days and unpaid time off when its not too busy.

Cons

They want someone flexible - time, change in the business, new rules and restrictions. They also now started auto reply on calls. So the call will ring for a few seconds they auto answer. They also now record your surrounding with the desktop they provided. You eventually feel like a number than a person. Career growth is very hard, too many loopholes to apply for a new position as you need a manager to represent you on your application. Your manager can change every 2 months which makes applying for a new position difficult. As your new manager wont know you that well so you have to ask your previous manager to assist you or the other manager who you were with 6 months ago to assist you.
