Pros

-okay pay -lots of OT That's about sums it up... SMH

Cons

Management sucks They let me go at the end of the season but never coached me on what I was doing that was not meeting there standards. I had lots of positive hurt reviews though. My manager not spoke to me once the whole season and that was when he called to let me know when my last day was other than that he was no where to be found and never even introduced himself to me. No holiday pay but wanted people to work Christmas and New Years eve and day.

Pros

Ability to Work from Home Generous Time off policies Performance pay based on customer satisfaction Flexible scheduling for students Opportunities for advancement Experience not required

Cons

The company is very frugal.. if they can get away with paying you less they will Lack of information can be frustrating Doesn't matter if its right... as long as it's said with a smile Good performance is noted but the best way to get ahead is make friends, which can be very hard in a virtual environment. Experience is not always rewarded, it's more about how you fit in Amazon culture.
