Pros

There is always room for growth. Your company metrics are always available for you to review. Weekly meetings to discuss different situations and issues peers have come across. Warm Transfers. Wonderful team leads.

Cons

Minimum wage. Prepare to be yelled at, then hung up on without getting a word in. Sometimes, fellow associates will COLD TRANSFER A SCREAMING CUSTOMER, which only upsets customers more (happened multiple times a day). Sometimes I was put into call teams that I was never trained in, which would tank my metrics until my team lead could figure out what happened.

Pros

Seems like it would’ve been a fun job, decent pay for me since I was a college student.

Cons

After hired I could never receive assistance. I was bounced back and forth between training classes. It got so bad that I was stuck in a limbo, and never started taking calls. Sadly, I had to quit after that.
