      Great amount of autonomy, good culture, and great people

      Cons

      Changes occur without any communication, often due to a lack of top-down leadership. RTO is limiting any job progression.

      Pros

      The leadership principles really do keep the business focussed, the writing culture saves sitting in meetings where the presenter hasn’t clarified what their idea is yet. Lots of opportunities to grow, try new things and skill up on cloud.

      Cons

      As with any employer you get good teams to be and less good teams. They work you hard for your money and you get what you put in.
