      Highly skilled colleagues. Technology is first class, customer obsession are the leading principle.

      Cons

      More focus on customers and frugality means less focus on people. Attrition is high. Exceeding the bar is always to strive for, no one can tell what, where and how "the bar" is, other than a moving target.
