Pros

- You get to work with a lot of experienced people, and there's always something new to learn. Finding a mentor or getting guidance, even from people outside your team, is super easy for any area you want to grow in. - Fairness: You get back what you put in. - The salary is better than average. - Great company culture. You can always speak your mind, be yourself at work, and share new ideas, especially when something needs fixing.

Cons

You will have many responsibilities and your job needs to be put as a priority. If you're looking for a 9 to 5 schedule, this might not be the right fit for you.
