Pros

Work in a diverse environment. Be part of an innovative team. Enjoy a supportive work culture. Receive competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Personally, I feel that the rating matrix is stressing out, In case we get one negative feedback from a customer, we have to run for 10 more positive responses, where only then we meet our monthly goals. In case we fail to meet the goals, we will be put under PIP which is more stressful High Expectations: AWS has high performance standards, which can be stressful. Fast-Paced Environment: The work can be fast-paced and demanding. Shift Work: You might have to work in shifts, including nights and weekends. Complex Issues: The technical problems can be complex and challenging. Customer Interactions: Handling difficult customers can be tough. Workload: There can be a heavy workload at times.
