      Pros

      No shortage of highly motivated and very capable co-workers. True customer-centric culture. Opportunities to invent things that have never been done before.

      Cons

      Extreme and constant organizational churn. Lack of career agency unless you keep moving, easy to lose control of your destiny. Aggressive 'out-perform' culture. Nobody is going to come back and help you over a wall you got stuck on. This is what gives Amazon its 'meat grinder' reputation.
