They have good benefits here

Cons

They do not have any empathy towards their employees (especially the ones on visa) who they work to the bone with 0 recognition or rewards. Completely inept folks are promoted to leadership roles due to them trying to meet the DEI quota with no consideration of the impact to their reports. Talent does not trump internal politics which New leadership has brought in spades. Work here only if you desperately need the listing of a big company on your resume.
