Pros

If you have the ability to work a hybrid schedule from home to Scottsdale then this is a decent setup. The base pay should be $100k and company benefits are great.

Cons

Heavy micromanagement of the position with all calls and emails being monitored. Goals are not easily obtained and require working more than required, some luck or both. Economy is restricting ability to grow clients as well as internal risk factors with underwriting.
