Pros

Good emphasis on staff well being Mentoring schemes allow you to learn from those further up the food chain and help with self development. Generally nice work environment. Good healthcare and dental plans.

Cons

More reactive than innovative. Too much focus on selling on the brand, rather than improving the actual services offered . Reluctant to hire staff in certain teams to meet client demand Moving up the ranks is more to do with who you go for coffee or beers with, rather than your actual performance ability.
