Pros

Smart coworkers, efficient technology and processes, work from home and great managers. The overall Middle Market Business Development role had a respectable image in the field with customers. Typically, customers were gracious to have a local presence from such a huge company.

Cons

Working from home isn't for everyone. Learning and help when you need it is dependent on finding someone to help you, and finding someone willing to help. Everyone is willing, however, their time is valuable also. The quotas are outrageous in sales roles also. Nobody has any idea how they will reach the number, they just put their head down and pray something comes their way.

International company with many career opportunities. Work from home and flexible.

Cons

Constant restructuring and layoffs. If you were 99% of your goal you were put on probation and fired. The normal was 115% with 32% increases. Unrealistic

Great Company! Bad timing for Merchant services

Pros

The best people to work with, so much passion within out teams. Love my director and upper management as well. If you work hard the pay is fantastic. Company car is the best!

Cons

It looks like merchant services is going away, due to Opt Blue and managed accounts we no longer have the opportunities we once had. Most of us are looking to move to either another position within the company or an outside company. It will be difficult to find such a wonderful company to work for.
