      Good company to work with but very few promotion chances

      - good company to work with - good work life balance with fixed shift - good working environment - cab facility

      Cons

      - very few promotion chances - very slow in giving promotions or change of work profile - lot of office politics - very less annual hike, only 5-10% - bonus payment is also very less
