      slow to react to market changes. competition insufficient growth to allow for satisfactory career growth in some markets

      Good company, great brand, cut throat management

      Pros

      Excellent brand and company values, good base salary and benefits if you can find them. Keep smiling and you will be fine.

      Cons

      Aggressive brutal and selfish senior management, if your face fits your ok - either that or if you keep nodding and don't have an opinion unless its the right opinion you will also be fine. All depends upon which business line you join. Everyman for themselves with lots of corporate ladder climbers all saying the right thing to the right person. Such a large organisation slow to deliver on plans or make any changes.

      Good collaborative attittude at all levels - people are out to help each other Work / life balance is excellent Intellectually stimulating

      Cons

      Organisationally complex - not always clear who owns what relationship, who makes decisions, whose BU are we optimising for Informational vortex - there is a vast set of knowledge and experience, but no central portal for sharing it. You just have to find out who is the right person to ask - and sometimes you don't get there!
