      Pros

      A trust-worthy, well-respected company with a great brand image. It does promote a work life balance and most managers try to maintain that culture.

      Cons

      While work life balance is talked about, in some parts of the organization it's just not possible. Very coprorate and conservative workplace.

      Canadian organization is an after-thought of the US organization which Canada is so tightly bound to.

      Good people to work with, Good pay,

      Cons

      - No vision in certain departments by management. - Transfer too many people from other parts of the world (amex), in canadian positions and don't give employees in Canada a chance to apply. - Canada is extremely tied into the US Org (reporting structures, customers, contracts, etc), but Canada is an after thought in any of the decisions
