Pros

Potential to grow in the company 401k company match GREAT employees! Got along really well with everyone

Cons

Position wears too many hats for too little pay Is not the fun role they made it out to be Training essentially made it seem like you would simply be recommending travel plans by using extensive destination knowledge, however in this role you are primarily an order taker; someone calls in and you will only be "taking their order" for hotel, flight, and car arrangements If I knew it was going to be so boring AND difficult (no room for mistakes), I would have never applied

Pros

Flexible work hours, work from home, plenty of opportunities to learn

Cons

Lack of consistent leadership with constant change in leadership and direction. Lack of governance and controls that creates audit issues. Due to this being a technology center with most managers being promoted based on technical abilities instead of leadership and/or management ability, the is little attention given to performance development let alone completing goals and performance reviews in a timely or consistent manner. Finally, a significant amount of those being hired and/or promoted at the Desert Ridge technology center is race based - if you are Indian (from India, not native American Indian) then you are automatically pre-qualified. 98% of the newer Big Data technology hires are Indian. Internal company nickname is Indian Express instead of American Express. This is no joke... Finally, there is a significant number of contract workers that are treated as outsiders when it comes to communication and recognition for accomplishments. I experienced this as a contract worker prior to becoming an employee.

Pros

Location, cab facility and salary comes on time, good for only customer prospective

Cons

Very bad working environment, as per company's statement they respect every culture but inside view is different, they have biased hiring and behavior, they support Muslim more , Their tenure colleagues don't know how to treat new joined, Management and leader don't take any action on instant basis, they only support Muslim Inside the company they gave right to Muslim to insult Hindu and even female Their hiring didn't based on talent they hired to check your religion And Management also aware but didn't take any action Very bad working environment Inside the company leader and few colleagues don't know how to respect women I want to add some screenshot of few chat and words that used by one of senior employees named syed Mahmood Hasan and leader ashish sharma is also in favour for this. Such a disgusting people that destroy the name of the company Not even these people even the whole Management have the same issue And of someone try to raise any issue , they don't try to solve or escalate, they either threatened to job loss or process change.
